​Delete a Denray Filter Tracker Account

Denray Filter Tracker users can schedule account deletion with a 30-day recovery period or permanently delete their account immediately inside the app.

​Delete Inside the App

  1. Sign in to Denray Filter Tracker.
  2. Open Menu → Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account & Privacy at the very bottom.
  4. Type DELETE.
  5. Choose Schedule Deletion — 30-Day Recovery or Delete Immediately.
  6. Read the final warning and confirm your choice.

​Request Deletion Without the App

Email us from the address used for your Filter Tracker account. Include the account email and company or facility name so we can verify the request. Never send your password.
After verification, an external deletion request will be scheduled for completion within 30 days unless immediate deletion is requested.

​Recover a Scheduled Account

Sign in to Denray Filter Tracker before the displayed permanent-deletion date. The recovery screen will appear automatically. Choose Recover My Account to cancel deletion and restore normal access.

​What Is Deleted

  • Your authentication account, email association, and company membership.
  • Access from devices signed in with the deleted account.
  • If you are the only company administrator, the company workspace, Machine Passports, Filter Passports, photos, settings, and cloud maintenance history.

​What May Remain

If other authorized company users remain, the company’s shared maintenance records remain available to that business. These operational records may include technician names manually entered in historical cleaning records. Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving a request may be retained only as necessary.
Important: Immediate deletion and deletion completed after the 30-day recovery period cannot be undone. Export a company backup first if the business needs a copy of its maintenance history.
