Denray Filter Tracker Privacy Policy

Denray Filter Tracker is a business maintenance application provided by Denray Machine Inc. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, account or device name, authentication information, and company membership.
- Company maintenance information: facility settings, machine details, serial numbers, filter details, cleaning schedules, airflow and pressure readings, inspection results, notes, and replacement history.
- Optional content: filter photographs and technician names entered into cleaning records.
- Reminder information: notification preferences and company email addresses chosen to receive maintenance summaries.
- Anonymous statistics: only when the company enables anonymous sharing, Denray may receive filter size, manufacturer, part number, cleaning count, and performance statistics without company names or addresses.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, synchronize company records between approved devices, generate filter and machine reports, create labels, schedule reminders, send requested maintenance summaries, support customers, protect the service, and improve filter-maintenance guidance.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and cloud functions; Google email services for company-selected reminder emails; and Apple or Google for app distribution. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
Company Workspaces
Machine Passports, Filter Passports, and cleaning histories are business maintenance records shared with authorized members of the same company workspace. Removing an employee account removes that employee’s access, but shared operational records remain available to the company. Technician names manually entered into maintenance records may remain as part of the company’s historical service record.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained while an account or company workspace remains active and as needed to provide the service. Users can schedule deletion with a 30-day recovery period or delete immediately under Settings → Account & Privacy. A scheduled request may be canceled by signing in before the displayed deletion date. When the recovery period ends, the account and associated information are permanently deleted. When other company members remain, the individual account and membership are deleted while the company’s shared business records remain. Deleting the only administrator account permanently deletes the company workspace and its cloud records.

Security
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, company-separated cloud records, and restricted file storage. No system can guarantee absolute security, so company invite codes and passwords should be protected.
Children
Denray Filter Tracker is a business and industrial maintenance tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Your Choices
Company administrators can manage employee access, reminder recipients, optional photographs, anonymous-statistics sharing, backups, and company records. Users may contact us to ask questions, request corrections, or request account deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
