Denray's Automated Cartridge Filter Cleaner
|
By using three different types of cleaning; vibration, air, and rubber fingers. We are able to provide a deeper clean than ever before!
You simply place your cartridge filter inside the unit and turn it on. The cleaning process will start, rotating the filter during this automated process. The machine will run until someone powers it off. Each filter cleaning time may vary based on the amount of dirt in the filter. The average cleaning time should be 3-5 minutes per filter but will have to be determined by the operator. Once you have cleaned several filters, open the backside door, and use the provided paddle to help push the remnant dust towards the dust collection opening. This will allow the dust to be captured in the dust collection bag on the side of the machine for easy disposal. Denray will provide our Wind Meter tool with the Automated Filter Cleaner as an easy and quick way to test how well your filter(s) have been cleaned! Simply use the Wind Meter to test your air flow prior to cleaning your filter(s). Install the cleaned filter(s) back in your machine and test the air flow again to see how much air movement has been opened up after cleaning! Scroll down to learn more! |

The Wind Meter is designed to give the operators a visual perspective of the condition of the filters. When filters are plugged, they allow much less air to flow through, thus capturing less dust. Not knowing when filters are plugged is the BIG QUESTION.
The industry standard is the Magnehelic Gauge, which Denray has used for years on many tables. Even with the red line on the gauge though, many people do not relate with static pressure. Everybody relates with speed.
The Denray Wind Meter box can be used on any downdraft table and any dust booth. New machines are furnished with the Wind Meter with the air speed noted on the box for that machine. For existing machines, we will furnish tags for readings for each machine.
