Denray grind downdraft tables are made for the general grinding of ferrous metals and come equipped with water pans built over the filters to help protect them from hot sparks. The flame-retardant 100% Spunbond polyester cartridge filters clean to .5 micron. These tables come equipped with Denray's "Jet Pulse" push-button cleaning, which can be set with an automatic timer.

This model is designed to accommodate a variety of sanding, metal grinding, welding, and light plasma applications. The 2872G comes standard with one 100% polyester flame retardant filter, which cleans with 99.95% capture rate at 0.5 micron. The table top surface is composed of durable 1/4" metal plate and has a removable spark shield with hinged ends, which provides spark protection for area workstations. A water pan placed over the filter helps protect it from exposure to hot sparks and extends the life of the filter. Cleaning is done by the "Jet Pulse Automatic Cleaning", which uses the compressed air inside the air tank.

Denray has designed a table for the budget minded company. This unit is designed for TIG welding and most MIG welding applications. With 3 stages of filters, first a 2" thick steel mesh spark arresting filter (cleanable), second a 4" Merv 8 pre-filter that will stop the majority of particles, and third a 4" Merv 13 main filter to capture the fine particles produced by welding smoke. Due to the lower cost of these filters most companies will dispose of these when the Magnehelic gauge shows they are plugged. The filters are easily accessible, reducing operator down time, allowing more time for production. This model also comes standard with casters, 1/4" metal plate top and removable 3-sided hinged spark shield.
