Denray grind downdraft tables are made for the general grinding of ferrous metals and come equipped with water pans built over the filters to help protect them from hot sparks. The flame-retardant 100% Spunbond polyester cartridge filters clean to .5 micron. These tables come equipped with Denray's "Jet Pulse" push-button cleaning, which can be set with an automatic timer.

2635G
  PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Model 2635G is perfect for work on smaller parts. The 2635G is designed to capture dust created during grinding with hand-held grinders. This model comes standard with casters and one Spunbond flame retardant filter, which cleans with a 99.95% at 0.5 micron. The 3/16” metal plate tabletop provides a durable grinding surface, and is surrounded on three sides with a removeable 21” three-sided hinged shield for spark protection. A spark filter is placed over the filter to help protect the filter from exposure to hot sparks and extend the life of the filter. Cleaning is done by the “Jet Pulse” automatic cleaning this uses the compressed air inside the air tank. It releases instantly into the filter pushing the dust off the filter, and into the drawer below.

The 2872G comes standard with one 100% polyester flame retardant filter, which cleans with 99.95% capture rate at 0.5 micron. The table top surface is composed of durable 1/4" metal plate and has a removable spark shield with hinged ends, which provides spark protection for area workstations. A water pan placed over the filter helps protect it from exposure to hot sparks and extends the life of the filter. Cleaning is done by the "Jet Pulse Automatic Cleaning", which uses the compressed air inside the air tank.

3044 Weld Station
   PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Model 3044 Weld Station is designed to accommodate a variety of metal grinding, welding, and light plasma applications. The 3044WS comes standard with two - 13” x 27” 100% polyester Spun-bond flame retardant filters, which clean with 99.95% efficiency at 0.5 micron. Two trays measuring at 17” x 24” x 1” (each) containing spark arresting Quartz 3/16” stone is placed over the main filters helping to protect them from exposure to hot sparks and extends the life of the filters. This table is also equipped with Push-button cleaning, and expandable side shields and hood. Each side shield has double folding sides (pictured above).
The table is 30” deep and 44” wide constructed of 11 & 16 gauge carbon steel, painted with industrial enamel blue. The 3044WS has a two piece table top made of 3/16” steel making the top very user friendly and the table great for smoke removal with minimal gas disturbance.

3644CG
  PRODUCT INFORMATION
Denray has designed a table for the budget minded company. This unit is designed for TIG welding and most MIG welding applications. With 3 stages of filters, first a 2" thick steel mesh spark arresting filter (cleanable), second a 4" Merv 8 pre-filter that will stop the majority of particles, and third a 4" Merv 13 main filter to capture the fine particles produced by welding smoke. Due to the lower cost of these filters most companies will dispose of these when the Magnehelic gauge shows they are plugged. The filters are easily accessible, reducing operator down time, allowing more time for production. This model also comes standard with casters, 1/4" metal plate top and removable 3-sided hinged spark shield.
